Guided Movement Lessons
The movement lessons take place in the studio twice a week and are 45 minutes long.
The lessons uploaded on the website are 10-15 minutes long.
Beyond the sheer enjoyment of the wisdom of the motion, each lesson will focus on a different body issue while enhancing, teaching and providing techniques of equilibration and spacing for the relief of pain and stress dwelling within the body’s movement mechanisms.
The Body Cognition Center released a DVD titled Three Sample Lessons, directed by Peled Michaeli.
The lessons demonstrate standing, sitting and lying positions.
